How much sleep we actually need depends on our age, activity level, and even genetics.
Here are some tips to maintain sufficient sleep and prevent us from feeling drowsy, continuing yawning during the day.
1. Develop good sleep hygiene
Do not mix between lying in bed and actual sleep. If we do so, then we have no way of knowing how much sleep we’re actually getting, so we can’t figure out how much sleep we need. The idea is to have at least decent quality sleep (falling asleep as soon as possible after we go to bed)
2. Stick to a consistent bed time or wake-up time
